This text has been prepared by the Personal Data Protection Authority as the data controller within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law (Law) No.

The purpose of this Cookie Clarification Text is to inform you about the purposes for which cookies we use, the legal reason and your rights regarding the processing of personal data obtained automatically through the placement of cookies used on our website on your device.

Our website only uses first-party session and persistent cookies as strictly necessary for the provision of the service.

Types of Cookies

Types of cookies by duration of use: Session cookies are used to ensure the continuity of the session, and these cookies are also deleted when the user closes his browser. Persistent cookie, on the other hand, is not deleted when the internet browser is closed and is automatically deleted on a certain date or after a certain period of time. In this framework, session and permanent cookies are used on our website according to the duration of use. First-party and third-party cookies: First-party cookies are placed directly by the website visited by the user, that is, by the address shown in the address bar of the browser. Third-party cookies, on the other hand, are placed by a different domain other than the address the user is visiting. In this context, only first-party cookies are used on our website.

Types of cookies according to their intended use: Cookies can be used for strictly necessary, functional or advertising/marketing purposes, depending on their intended use. In this context, strictly necessary cookies are used in order to provide the information society services that you have explicitly requested on our website. In this context,

A) First-party persistent cookie named cookiesession1 (it is stored for one year) in order to understand whether subsequent requests to the website are reliable or not,

B) First-party session cookie named ASP.NET_SessionId in order to determine in which language the visitors viewed the web page,

C) Your personal data is processed by associating the first-party permanent cookie named cookiepolicy_status (it is stored for one year) with your IP information, in order to confirm that the cookie clarification text has been read. Your personal data in question is not transferred to other data controllers.

In the processing of personal data through the said cookies, the processing condition is based on the condition that “Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject”, pursuant to subparagraph (f) of the second paragraph of Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

You can submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law No. 6698 “regulating the rights of the data subject” to the Personal Data Protection Authority in accordance with the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller.
